How a bank decided to join the lobby and really change the game.

Knowing the power of social transformation within the gaming community, Itaú decided to create a platform to boost this niche, #ThisChangesTheGame. And the first step was to sponsor LOUD and Hero Base, two of the biggest esports ORGs in Brazil. With their help, we really entered the game, creating several contents and even launching a gaming jersey for both teams.

Our second step was to bring real changes to the gaming scene, by sponsoring Taça das Favelas, a FreeFire cup with teams from São Paulo slangs. Itaú promoted several actions to help bring awareness to the tournament and provided support to the teams involved, including the distribution of free internet connection chips to all players and a series of contents on financial education and entrepreneurship in the world of games through a whatsapp bot.
